Human SORL1 Protein Domains

The representation of human SORL1 protein domains found above was acquired from SMART.  There are four representations because of overlapping domains.


This representation comes from Pfam.  Only the significant Pfam-A matches are shown.  The red domains are low-density lipoprotein (ldl) class A receptors, the green are ldl class B receptors, and the yellow domains are Fibronectic class III domains.  In addition to the 16 significant domains found, Pfam also found 37 insignificant domains.


Example of a protein motif found by MOTIF search.  This particular motif is an epidermal growth factor (EGF) motif that spans from spans from amino acids 1058 to 1071.
